About Us
Thierry Delsol
Thierry has worked in the leisure industry for 30 years. During this time, he has had the privilege to work with great teams, in different environments and with various financial partners; from a Public Company to several Private Equities firms.
Most recently, Thierry has been the CEO of The Club Company for over 15 years, until December 2020. Through his working career, Thierry has been involved with various successful leisure facilities in the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Spain.
Thierry has led 3 successful MBO’s, has managed over £100m of capital investment projects and successfully completed several sites acquisitions.
After studying in a Business School in Paris, Thierry worked for a French audit firm for 5 years. He then started his career in the Leisure industry.
Outside work, Thierry enjoys the outdoor activities; running, cycling, cross country and alpine skiing.
Paul Stephens
After initially qualifying as Chartered Accountant at Deloitte London, Paul first became involved in the golf / leisure industry in 1996. In 2003, he was appointed to the Board of The Club Company, an owner / operator of country clubs. Between then and 2021, he worked for a series of five investors.
Paul also part owns Clandon Golf, an 18 hole golf course in Guildford, Surrey.
